Selling Your Property Made Easy

What is the process like?

Once we receive your information, we will set up an appointment for one of our acquisition specialists to come out to the property. Once there to further assess the property, they will either present you with an offer on the spot or within 24 hours. If you accept the offer, we move forward with the title company and put cash in your hand.

How will I receive my payment?

After closing at our reputable title company’s office, we will present you with a cashier check for the agreed amount.

When Do I have to move out by?

We like to close as soon as possible and provide you with your payment as quickly as we can. We understand moving can be stressful and difficult at times. We will never force you out by a certain date, and we will work with you to make sure the process is as stress free as possible. We will help with relocating and even put a first months down payment and security posit if need be.

How do you determine your offer price?

All our offers are fair and competitive off- market offers. We look at all recent sales within a .1 mile radius of your property in the last 180 days. We look for comparative properties: similar style properties, similar condition, square footage of the property, and then make our offer based off those statistics. We can provide you with the information we look at to make our offer.

Am I Obligated to Sell when providing information about my property?

There is NO obligation to sell your property by merely providing basic information about your property. You only sell your property when you are comfortable with our offer and understand the process. We pride ourselves in our transparency and by being up-front with everyone we meet.

What makes you different from a real estate agent?

We differ from real estate agents in many ways. First, we can close in as little as 2 weeks. A real estate agent might take up to a year to find a buyer for your property. We do not take any commissions. On average a real estate agent will take 6% of the sales price. Agents must list and market the property to find buyers. We on the other hand are the buyer and therefor do not need extra time and money to list your property. Once an agent has found a buyer and has reach settlement you have to clean out the house. We do the cleaning for you. Leave what you do not want to take with you and we will handle the rest. By working with us, you receive your money quicker with less hassle.
