How It Works

Selling Your Property Made Easy

STEP-1

CALL EMAIL or TEXT

Contact us with whatever form of communication is easiest for you. Tell us about your property; our customer service specialist will ask you some general questions about your property.

STEP-2

SET UP AN APPOINTMENT

After taking in some general information, we will set up an appointment for one of our acquisition specialists to come out and see the property first hand.

STEP-3

OFFER

Once our acquisition specialists has been to the property, they will either present you with a written offer on the spot or within 24 hours of being there.

STEP-4

TITLE

If you are happy with our offer, we will move forward with our trusted and established title company.

STEP-5

CLOSING

We will meet at our title companies office and from there we will review and sign the necessary documents to finishing the transaction.

STEP-6

CHECK IN HAND

We will close at our title company’s office and present you with cashiers check for the agreed upon amount.
